A 25% deposit is required upfront to secure your date on my design calendar. Fifty percent of the total amount is due on Friday at the end of week 1, and the remaining 25% is due upon project completion.

All deposits are non-refundable because they guarantee you a specific spot on my calendar. Projects can be booked weeks or even months in advance, so canceling leaves an empty place that could have been given to another client. Deposits ensure that you are committed to working with me.

Yes, you must have the following prior to the project date.

• Branding (logo, color pallet, and mood board). I'll provide you with a simple brand + style questionnaire but you will need to provide the actual branding materials.

• Content (the words on your website) I'm more than happy to help edit the content you submit. However, if you need assistance with content writing, hiring a professional copywriter can help ensure your content is well-written and engaging. If you are interested in this service, please let me know and I can point you in the right direction.

• Images (photos and visuals on your website): I hope you have scheduled your branding photoshoot! The imagery on your website will all be provided by you. The strongest way to make your website stand out is with brand photos. However, you can choose stock imagery and visuals if brand photography is out of your price range.

Right now, I solely design on Squarespace.

I will take numerous steps to ensure that you are satisfied with your new website. Throughout the project, we will have ample time for feedback and revisions. If you are still not satisfied, I am willing to continue these edits at a rate of $30 per hour.

I offer website maintenance services to clients with whom I have previously worked. I can complete website-related tasks at an hourly rate.
